After School Activities

Fall After-School Activities at Long Ridge will begin Monday, September 9, 2024, and conclude Thursday, December 21, 2024. After-School Activities are for children in Kindergarten through Grade 5. However, some grade restrictions apply.

Please note there will be no after-school activities on the following dates:
Thursday, September 26, due to Parents Night
December 20, due to the noon dismissal

All activities are from 3:15 pm-4:30 pm unless otherwise indicated.

Nursery Extended Day

The Nursery Extended Day Program is available beginning Monday, September 9.

The program provides nursery children with the opportunity to spend the afternoon with children their own age and to participate in special activities planned for them. The children will have additional outdoor recess and activities time and then meet with a different specialist teacher each day.

Students who attend the Extended Day Program must be toilet trained and ready for a full day at school.

Extended Day hours are from 1:00 to 3:00, Monday through Friday. The annual fee is $2,370 for one afternoon, $4,430 for two, $6,390 for three, $8,350 for four, and $10,200 for all five afternoons. Enrollment is open throughout the school year, and tuition would be adjusted accordingly. Need-based financial assistance is provided.

Bus Transportation Request

New York state residents that live within 15 miles from the school (Pound Ridge, Katonah, South Salem, Bedford) should contact their local school district to arrange bussing.
